Alexander Kady was born in Denver, CO but didn’t show any interest in art until his freshman year at St.Johns University (MN) when he took an intro to sculpture course. From then on he became passionate about art taking as many classes as possible. This eventually lead to him having to change his major to Liberal Studies, in which he combined his previous major theology with art.
Alexander has since done apprenticeships and training under Richard Hart and Chikueidou Tsuibu and has shown work internationally. He has no preferred subject or material, he strongly believes that each piece will tell him what is required to finish it. This leads his body of work to be varied and continually interesting.
